1. 數據收集1. Data Collection

我們收集用戶帳戶資訊（電郵地址）、提交紀錄所需資料（例如姓名、地區、聯絡片段及租住證明）以進行審核、風險提示及合規處理。Web 付款由 AirWallex 處理；iOS/Android App 內購買由 Apple 或 Google 處理。 We collect account information (email address) and the details needed for record submissions (such as names, districts, contact fragments and tenancy proof) for review, risk alerts and compliance handling. Web payments are processed by AirWallex; in-app purchases on iOS/Android are handled by Apple or Google.

2. 數據使用2. Data Use

個人資訊僅用於驗證提交紀錄、聯絡用戶、提供租務查詢服務、付款處理、審核、濫用防範及法律合規。我們不會出售個人數據。 Personal information is used only to verify submissions, contact users, provide tenancy lookup services, process payments, conduct review, prevent abuse and comply with the law. We do not sell personal data.

3. 數據保護3. Data Protection

本應用程式使用業界標準加密技術保護傳輸中嘅數據。服務器端使用 Supabase PostgreSQL 數據庫及行級安全 (RLS) 政策，確保用戶只能存取自己嘅數據。 The app protects data in transit with industry-standard encryption. The server side uses a Supabase PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security (RLS) policies, so users can only access their own data.

4. 數據保留期4. Data Retention

租務紀錄、審核紀錄及交易紀錄會按合規、爭議處理及法定保留要求保存。用戶可要求刪除、匯出或更正資料；部分紀錄可能需要保留或匿名化。 Tenancy records, review records and transaction records are kept as required for compliance, dispute handling and statutory retention. Users may request deletion, export or correction of data; some records may need to be retained or anonymised.

5. 自動數據收集5. Automatic Data Collection

應用程式可能收集基本診斷、使用情況及推送通知 token，以提供安全通知及改善服務。公開紀錄預設遮蔽姓名、地址、證據及提交者資料。 The app may collect basic diagnostics, usage data and push notification tokens to deliver security notices and improve the service. Public records mask names, addresses, evidence and submitter details by default.

6. 兒童私隱6. Children's Privacy

本服務針對 18 歲或以上人士。我們不會有意收集未成年人資料；若發現違規，將優先限制公開並處理刪除或更正。 The service is intended for people aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if found, we will prioritise restricting publication and handle deletion or correction.

7. 用戶權利（PDPO Cap.486）7. Your Rights (PDPO Cap. 486)

根據香港個人資料（私隱）條例，用戶有權查閱、更正及要求刪除個人數據。你可於 App 或 https://wecredithk.com/account/delete 提交請求，或聯繫 privacy@wecredithk.com。 Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, users have the right to access, correct and request deletion of personal data. You can submit a request in the App or at https://wecredithk.com/account/delete, or contact privacy@wecredithk.com.

8. 第三方服務商8. Third-Party Providers

付款由 AirWallex 處理（符合 PCI-DSS），後端使用 Supabase 及 Google Gemini AI（用於內容審核）。這些服務商有各自嘅私隱政策。 Payments are processed by AirWallex (PCI-DSS compliant); the backend uses Supabase and Google Gemini AI (for content review). These providers have their own privacy policies.

9. 政策更新9. Policy Updates

本私隱政策可能隨時更新。重大更改將通過應用程式通知用戶。繼續使用表示同意更新後嘅政策。 This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
