1. 服務概述1. Service Overview

WeCredit（「本服務」）是一個香港租務紀錄查詢、風險提示及合規審核工具，提供經遮蔽嘅公開紀錄、破產紀錄查詢及一般租務資訊。本服務由 WeCredit Limited 提供。 WeCredit (the "Service") is a Hong Kong tenancy record lookup, risk alert and compliance review tool offering masked public records, bankruptcy record lookups and general tenancy information. The Service is provided by WeCredit Limited.

2. 用戶責任2. User Responsibilities

用戶承諾提交資料真實、有證據支持，且不得發佈虛假、誹謗、騷擾、起底、仇恨、威脅、侵犯私隱或非法內容。任何違反本條款嘅內容會被限制公開、刪除或交由審核員處理，帳戶亦可能被停用。 Users undertake that submissions are truthful and supported by evidence, and must not publish false, defamatory, harassing, doxxing, hateful, threatening, privacy-infringing or unlawful content. Content that violates these Terms may be restricted from publication, removed or referred to moderators, and accounts may be suspended.

3. 知識產權3. Intellectual Property

本服務及其內容（包括 AI 生成之法律分析）受著作權保護。用戶不得複製、修改或商業使用平台內容，未經許可。 The Service and its content (including AI-generated legal analysis) are protected by copyright. Users may not copy, modify or commercially use platform content without permission.

4. 付款及訂閱4. Payments and Subscriptions

Web 付款由 AirWallex 安全處理；iOS 及 Android App 內購買由 App Store In-App Purchase 或 Google Play Billing 處理。訂閱於每月自動續期，可按相應平台規則取消、退款或還原購買。 Web payments are processed securely by AirWallex; in-app purchases on iOS and Android are handled by App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled, refunded or restored under the rules of the relevant platform.

5. 免責聲明5. Disclaimer

平台資訊「按現況」提供，不構成法律意見、信用評級或最終事實裁定。公開內容會經遮蔽及審核，但仍可能包含錯誤或爭議；用戶應自行核實並諮詢執業律師。 Information on the platform is provided "as is" and does not constitute legal advice, a credit rating or a final determination of fact. Public content is masked and reviewed but may still contain errors or disputes; users should verify independently and consult a practising lawyer.

6. 限制責任6. Limitation of Liability

除法律禁止外，WeCredit 對任何間接損害、數據遺失或商業損失不承擔責任。最大責任金額不超過用戶在過去 12 個月嘅總支出。 Except where prohibited by law, WeCredit is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss or business losses. Maximum liability does not exceed the user's total spending in the past 12 months.

7. 服務暫停與終止7. Suspension and Termination

WeCredit 可按安全、合規或營運需要暫停或終止服務。用戶可於 App 或網站提交刪除帳戶、資料匯出、更正或移除紀錄申請。 WeCredit may suspend or terminate the Service for security, compliance or operational reasons. Users may submit account deletion, data export, correction or record removal requests in the App or on the website.

8. 法律管轄8. Governing Law

本條款受香港法律管轄。任何爭議由香港法院專有管轄，用戶同意服從香港仲裁條例。 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, and users agree to the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance.

9. 引用法例9. Referenced Legislation

本服務遵守香港《業主與租客條例》(Cap.7)、《個人資料（私隱）條例》(Cap.486) 及《限制條例》(Cap.347)。 The Service complies with the Hong Kong Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap. 7), the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Limitation Ordinance (Cap. 347).

10. 修訂10. Amendments

WeCredit 可隨時修訂本條款。重大更改將 30 天前通知用戶。繼續使用表示同意新條款。 WeCredit may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.
