刪除帳戶 Delete Account

你可以要求刪除帳戶及個人資料。為符合法律、付款、審核及爭議處理要求，部分交易紀錄、審核紀錄或已匿名化資料可能需要按法定期限保留。 You can request deletion of your account and personal data. To meet legal, payment, review and dispute handling requirements, some transaction records, review records or anonymised data may need to be retained for statutory periods.

喺 App 入面刪除 Delete in the app

  1. 開啟 WeCredit App，進入「個人檔案」分頁 Open the WeCredit app and go to the Profile tab
  2. 選擇「帳戶」 Select Account
  3. 㩒「刪除帳戶」 Tap Delete Account
  4. 確認刪除請求 Confirm the deletion request

用電郵提交請求 Request by email

如果你無法使用 App，可以電郵至 privacy@wecredithk.com，並附上你嘅帳戶電郵。為保障你嘅資料，我哋處理請求前會先核實身份。 If you cannot use the app, email privacy@wecredithk.com with your account email address. To protect your data, we verify identity before processing requests.
